What kind of schirmmütze is this?

Can somebody help me with the identification of this schirmmütze?
I think due to the mark of the insignes in the schirmmütze, that these insignes always have been on this schirmmütze.
A few moth holes are visible on the schirmmütze.

Hello looks to be a transitional customs visor. Similar to these below. Note the Green piping and Visor Chincord on the first picture. Also note the small eagle on the transitional medical visor.

Other experts may be able to clarify however I am certain that is what this is.

Im fairly certain this is a early BW cap that someone has added TR ephemera too but i am happy to be corrected.
