I was addicted to the "Hokey-Pokey" but I've turned
myself around.
I wanted to add one more photo of the Danziger from post #143 in a period photograph from the following thread
Freistaat Danzig Soft Headgear in Period Photographs
I scored another rare Danziger variant this week. There is a thread about this type on the forum but I cant find it. I do however have great photographs originally posted by Friedrich-Berthold showing the skull, in situ.

I was fortunate enough to come across another example of this rare early type skull. I have seen this type attributed to Freikorps, Stahlelmbund as well as early SS caps. I'm very happy to have found another one in better condition with a lot of silver finish and both prongs.

Since this thread has been relegated to the collections display and no longer in the SS metal cap insignia forum, I figured I could add anything I wanted pertaining to my skull collection. So despite the fact that the thread is about my Danziger collection, here are the rest of my unrelated skulls in my collection. Some have not been completely authenticated but I continue to research them
