Nice collection so far. I started with Eastern Bloc militaria my self. Being Polish- I have alot of Uncles were conscripts and so were many of my dads friends. Now Im working on my US WW2 collection. With a lot of hard work and sometimes pure luck- you can build yourself a collection worty of a museum.

Great looking collection. I'm 14 as well. It is tough to collect when you don't have a job, yet.

Hello all. I just got back from a trip to a antique shop with about 3 vendors who sold all kinds of militaria. Sadly, we were pressed for time (and cash), and I only picked these two items up. The Helpers of The People`s Police armband is my first German item, so thats another milestone passed. Now I gotta work on a display case...

    A few pictures.

Hello all! Lately, i've acquired quite a few more pieces of militaria. Nothing special, just a few things I got throughout December. It includes: WWII British DR goggles (Two milestones past. First WWII item, and first British item.) A couple of coins from the '40s , 100 Francs from '44, A Swedish Overseas cap (With the numbers 160-6-44 written in pen on the inside of the hat), a canteen and a mess kit made by Wyott.

Also, i've got two special items coming in the mail. I don't want to spoil the suprise, but let's just say it's another milestone i've past in militaria collecting.

I finally got a Stahlhelm! I love these helmets, and I got this M35 reproduction online. I noticed I had some money left, so I thought, "Ah what the heck. I'll get a gas mask too." The M38 gas mask is original, and unissued. Now that I have a Stahlhelm, i'm not sure what to get next... Maybe a container for the mask...
