My LS26 is all matching numbers and is stamped with number 2373 and as well it has the Finnish army SA stamp.
I would like to wish you all , all the best for 2011 and good luck with finding new items for your collections.

I have been told, many were used for toilet paper by the soldiers.
Translated it reads to the best of my ability

Hi, here is my small original, named Jaeger's grouping. JB27.
The badge on the right is the cap badge.
When jaegers came to Finland in February 1918 they took in use this hat badge. It was an unofficial badge but they used until 1920´s.
The badge is copper and it has a pin needle on reverse. The badge was kept on the left side of the field hat. The size is about 37x50 cm:s.
This badge was also the first Finnish badge wore on jaeger´s uniforms.
