Nice group, do you know who they were awarded to? That is the problem with WWII groups that the Vets complained about is they were issued unnamed though some had them engraved privately.

Yeah the Citation and Box says Webster W F.
I'd love to track him down and see what info I can find on him. Does anyone know if there is a way of doing that? A website or firm?
