Thanks Ade, glad you like it. I'll be adding to it soon, covering rank sturcture and the post 1938 pattern straps, specialty units, etc. There are many sub catagories to HJ boards that I think a lot of collectors aren't aware of. They are a lot more complicated than many other organisations.
