Re: Japanese Inert Ordnance/Japanese Militaria collection.
Prices vary but a really good complete Japanese army helmet can be between $600 and $800. Japanese Navy helmets can range $750 to $1200. Ebay is a good source but do your research before buying anything. Two of the most popular sites for Japanese militaria collectors are:
Japanese Collector's Boards
another:
Japanese Militaria Forum - Wehrmacht-Awards.com Militaria Forums
These are the sites to ask questions. There are advanced Japanese militaria collectors posting on these sites specializing in everything from Japanese firearms, uniforms, headgear, swords and ordnance.
Good luck!
