I wouldn't know about prices...we're not allowed to buy or own one over here unless we were issued it!

I am no expert but I would believe the MOH is most likely a copy. It is illegal to sell them here in the US. Back in the 80's a company was importing them and selling them in gun magazines. They were shut down and charged. There was a US military dealer just a while back who went to Canada and bought a MOH from a family member but got caught at the border with it.
You guys can buy/sell/trade them but we can't own them unless it is passed down through the family.
But it looks like you have done well last year anyway.
I was not as lucky as you. So good job picking.
    Thanks for sharing

I knew this would come up again, and I understand your skepticism
Firstly, I'm gonna add these two threads, where it has been discussed:
Thoughts on MOH? - MEDALS & DECORATIONS - U.S. Militaria Forum
Just added this little thing to my collection: Medal Of Honor

It came from a Norwegian collector I have dealt with before, and after getting what I considered positive feedback from other forums, and comparing it with similar examples, this one seemed to pass the test. (One example here)

"we're not allowed to buy or own one over here unless we were issued it!" I personally think thats great, keeps the significance..So obviously that would make it illegal for the owner or family to sell?

In the states they can only be passed down or donated to a museum. That's a good thing though with all the folks that go to surplus shops and make their own uniforms and awards, there would be a few idiots claiming they earned them.
