Hands down my favorite piece is my grandfathers uniform. But that aside my favorite is my WWI Colt 1911 with 1918 dated holster and rock solid provenance.

    Steve,
I spent yesterday afternoon watching movies with my old friend
who has a set of Liaison wings mounted in a frame next to his
    bronze star.

Original Liason Pilot wings are hard to find,
even harder than Glider Pilot wings.

*Love your US Navy wings Jason.........!
    Regards,

    Steve.

A shot of some of his framed items.
He is really proud of that good conduct metal.
It was presented to him personally by a Major General.

This M1 helmet was put back together just this year. I added an original camo net. The old shell was cracked and badly painted but the liner was nice. Found another shell for 85 dollars with the chin strap intact. It needed a new sweat band for the liner
and I located one. Looks great now. NH
