    It'a beauty that's for sure, I don't think it's ever been worn (posthumous award perhaps?) the front is completely unmarked, not even the slightest wear or scratch to the swaz, planchette or gold wreath and the tips of the sun rays. The back still retains 100% of the original factory applied lacquer that has yellowed slightly over the years and the renowned fragile rivets are as new. I don't think I'll find better!

    The next generation Deutsche Kreuz in Gold, my 1957er, a distant cousin of Neds TR piece.....with coppered sunray burst....made in the mid 1960's.
