Re: Lets see your mintiest items!!
Here is my contribution to this thread. Not TR, but minty nonetheless. These where awarded to my Great-Grandfather who was a cook for a Canadian artillery regiment. Unfortunately these are the only medals of relatives that still survive as far as I know.

Here are mine! The tab on the one Luft buckle is a little dry, but there's no doubt that is was close to unissued! The DAK cap is part of a bundle of 5 that I got. I've had quite a few more minty things, but sadly I don't have any pictures of them.
Is that one of the Clemens Wagner hoard find caps?

Yes it is Glenn! One of the notorious small sizes too. It's a size 53.

Re: Lets see your mintiest items!!
Mine is a 53 also (it looks like a comical item if I try to sit it on top of my head). Mine is a December 42 manufacture, is yours also?

Re: Lets see your mintiest items!!
You're right, I have mine displayed on a helmet stand so it doesn't look so awkward! Mine is also a December 42 manufacture. I know they're fairly common, but it's still one of my favorite pieces!
