Back in the early 1980's i started to collect German WW2 items - a bit of whatever was available. By 1990 fate dealt a hand that forced me to sell it all ( except one lone EK2 that I hung doggedly onto )

Fast forward to 2009 when a man faced with turning 50 finally had some disposable assets and was able to rekindle the flame - which for the last 2 years I have been doing with a vengeance.

BUT, what's gone is gone - here are some images of those long sold items ( grainy but that was an Instamatic camera in 1982 )
    ahh...... memories.

Wish I still had the SD M40 KM - it was a beaudy!!!!!

    Cheers, Dan

Love it, some decent stuff there alright. Love the M40 KM and I would grab and example of all that tropical gear you have there in an instant!.

Must have been hard to sell but you got to do what you got to do.

    Cheers

I am sure most of us have had to part with some great items over the years, either to pay the bills or to fund another purchase or whatever reason, I know I have and some of it I would really liked to have kept, but, hey that's the way it goes sometimes.

I'll post some of my ex items if your interested mate, though a lot of it I only have crappy pics or no pics at all.
    Regards,

    Jerry

    Whatever its just an opinion.

Wow Dan, it looks like you had some terrific gear, I love the SA dagger and in particular the MP40 pouches, they're worth a small fortune now!
