Never considered myself a collector, rather a research-historian. While if someone knows me it's usually relating to what I've written on the SS I have a lot of other interests. I can't "show" an archive of document copies, microfilm, etc some related to the various interests follows. Obviously SS is significant and yes if it's signed it's signed to me, somewhere in the 150-175 larger inscribed photos from SS award holders or commanders, US aces, MOH holders, aircraft designers, etc. Not sure what of interest so clicking images as I go. My HIAG Ehrennadel in Gold is the only to a non-veteran and only to an American and threw a couple pics of me with Waffen-SS Swords holders.

I have 20 times more books on WW II aircraft than SS, then add to that interest in aces, designers, and other aerial related personalities. Writing them, meeting, atmosphere of where I live related to that interest adds art. While some bought various artwork for the signatures of aces, etc it is all about image to me as I look at it, some 50 of those adorn the walls. Books, books, books, can't shoot all cases due to position but you get the idea.

On top of an idea of what is rather "everywhere" in WW II related interests, 2nd to last image starts my equally prolific music interest with an eviction level system and decades of signed albums from concerts, venue posters, etc.

And a few closer of some friends, obviously actually knowing the personalities of the period a stronger interest for me than unnamed objects. Nothing against miliutaria collecting in any way, just preferred to know them.
