My antiques fair haul

Article about: Thought i would share these items as a group rather than individually since that would be too much effort for me right now. All of these were picked up from an antiques fair today. For £10 I

Uhhh it’s just a general antiques fair in Aberdeen. Not a militaria fair

    Thumbs up

Which yet again proves the old collectors adage - leave no stone unturned.

BTW, your collection is coming along very nicely indeed, Jb....

Great haul from one event. I would leave the MG patronen kasten as it is, it doesn't look like there is any original paint underneath the Yugoslav over paint.

I know now its a russian repaint, not yugo. Will make a thread about it later since there are some regions of exposed black paint!

Well my fuhrer, no. They weren’t under control, from what he told me he had bury old cars, change roof panels and shot dangerously radioactive animals (that were still alive) and bury them, so it wouldn’t get worse. But by I think 1996 everything was almost under control but the sarcophagus needed to be rebuilt. My grandfather after he came home destroyed his pilotka, so he could about forget those memories
