I had the SA80 for a few years then moved onto the C8 its a M16 carbine "demarco" I know what the AR15 is ive seen those things!! when I NI in the 80s my platoon Sarge would have the M16...we lugged the SA80 about!!! The C8 has seen me right in Afghan etc... good weapon system!! Im not too bad on the liver front..im keep the fizz up. just cant help but run lol... must be a poof...lol cheers Terry..

oh ive now got the latest version of the us pasg helmet
so i now have all 3 versions
it helps a lot when you work for the us army

the first
this is the first of what the americans call the fritz
two point basic chin strap
2nd the same shell but a modified liner with a 3 point chin strap
3rd a diferent shel with no visor at all ,a completely diferent liner design and a 4 point chin strap
all in the wrong order again
oh well
the first patern is so new it even has its insruction book
the second patern with desert cover is my helmet from when i was in iraq

I doubt you are old enough to have served with the M16 - its of a slightly older date than contemporary rifles (no offence, Nam vets!)
DIEMACO is now COLT Canada BTW.
