I really need to stop:
I am trying to save up money for a militaria and arms fair in May, now I barely have any money left

Hehe, she doesn't know, but I doubt she'd like it... I have decided to keep it folded together and only take it out if people are really interested.

I was thinking about buying myself a flag to, asked my father and he said "Hell no!".. well no he did not, but he didn't like the idea of haveing a huge swastika inside our house, I'm just 18.. :P

I bought a NSDAP flag when I was 16 back in the day; my mother said, "What are you a socialist?" and I said, "No Mom... just collecting." She went on to say, "Oh, Well don't be out to late tonight!" haha

Just go for it; its an investment!

I can understand the whole "Swastika" deal, my dad was not too keen on the idea either, but since I have been bringing in all kinds of stuff, he has gotten used to it. I told him I would not display it, because if I invite guests to see the collection, I don't want the first thing they see is a Nazi flag. You know what kind of comments you would get then: "Are you a Nazi? Why do you want this sick stuff?" etc etc. If people see that I have German militaria and ask me if I am a Nazi, I tell them this: "No, I am not a Nazi, I collect it because it has an historical importance. I also have Russian/Soviet militaria, does that make me a communist? I have an American flag, does that make me an American?".

I'm 17, and I have been collecting for 6 years.

I'll buy it if you really need it gone, my wife is angry about the giant wall size banner I picked up 4 months ago...
Just buy your mom or dad a gift and they can't say no! haha

If they ask if you are a Nazi ask them to show you their papers and see their reaction!
I went through that as a kid too, but honestly I ended up making more money and having a better life then most people who called me names for collecting this stuff. One day when you guys are in your 90's this stuff should be worth its weight in gold, and more! Plus save history, Dictators hate that.
