My Lee Enfield No.1 Mk 3. This is an Indian Rifle with a factory rebuild mark for 1949. The barrel is dated 1944 and the stock 1930. It is shown here with a WW1 relic Enfield recovered from the western front, and also with bayonet, oil bottle and a prismatic device for checking the rifles bore.

A WW2 G45 Gun Camera. These 16mm cine-cameras were fitted to the wing of Spitfires and some other wartime aircraft to capture the action when the pilot fired his guns, the resultant footage being used for training and combat analysis.

Just bought this medal group on Ebay for £28 which I think was a bargain. They are left to right- 30 years of the Red Army, Victory over Germany, Valiant Labour, Defense of Leningrad and the medal for Courage. Its interesting to see a civllian award (Valiant Labourer) amongst the military ones.
