Hello,
getting started with this one small piece... watercolor drawing dated 1945
The drawing shows the badge of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders with the motto of the Royal Regiment of Artillery (Ubique Quo Fas Et Gloria Ducunt ("Where Right And Glory Lead"; in Latin fas implies "sacred duty"; Ubique "Everywhere")
The drawing was dated 21/2/1945 and signed by Ronnie Lomax.

Every now and then But really only to squeeze more stuff into the little space I have left..... I keep saying "No more helmets" but they breed at night like rabbits.......

The Belgian variant of the Inter-Allied Victory Medal 1914–1918 (French: "Médaille Interalliée de la Victoire 1914–1918,Dutch: "Intergeallieerde Overwinningsmedaille 1914–1918") was a Belgian commemorative war medal established by royal decree on 15 July 1919 and awarded to all members of the Belgian Armed Forces who served during the First World War. In all, 350,000 were awarded.
