Great collection you have there Zwerge. The Savage you mentioned sure brings back memories. Friend had one similar with 22 and 20 gauge. Scored a few rabbits with it back in late 60s or early 70s. I recall going to our favorite gun shop and browsing the used gun rack. Could have a decent 22 or shotgun for a great deal. Man I miss those days. Thanks for taking time to post. Most enjoyable.

HI,these are great guns,I have got 2 deer and numerous grouse with it,I reload the 30-30 rounds with spitzer point bullets which increases the useful range by at least 50 yards.....Pete.

Just noticed Zwerge. Had an Erma M1 22 carbine back in early 70s. I believe the stocks were of cherry wood it seemed with a semi-gloss finish applied. Could be wrong about wood though. liked the higher speed ammo to cycle the action. Fun to shoot.

Hi,there should be lots of used ones around,they were also made in .22 WMR caliber.
