    when I was a kid, I was blessed to still meet many of the WWII vets at the gunshows back in the early 80's. many of them would say its great to see " the younger generation,appreciate the efforts put forth during WWII" and that they show interest in collecting,WWII guns,gear and militaria. I think its great a new generation can carry on and appreciate the history and sacrifices that they all went through.all wars for that matter.there was a famous quote used back then......I believe it was a roman quote,along the lines "Man has always collected the weapons of his enemies".... something along those lines

    absolutely horrible some dirt bags stole your prized militaria and gear. hopefully they will pay homage one of these days!
