well heres all my stripped lids together in the order of age. its been fun but i think im now done now Ive stripped them all any way hope you like them

well i would do but its rented property i have no tools & im not paying out a sh#t load of money on something thats not mine so the lad lord can sort it

Good job done there, suprising whats under the paint when you remove it. that multi cam one looked like a head and legs were going to come out of it, he had some imagination.
Is the M42 a larg size, as it looks very large compaired to the others. Or did he just have a fat head lol. are you going to restore them or leave them as is.

yeah i think the m42 is a large size as it does look allot bigger then the rest & yes i will be leaving them as they are as i think they look just fine that way

Hi Nick,
I think you are right toleave them in the condition, they tell a better story as relic helmets than they do tarted up.
I dont think we can get the real look on them I.E, age ect,
Even if we could do the job perfect.
