My xmas gift from uncles loft!

Hey everyone, A long time ago my uncle gave me his National service battledress blouse and beret which I have had on display for a while here:



Just before Christmas he then said that the trousers must be in the attic somewhere and said that I could go up have have a look.

I found one suitcase that had the following goodies which I have been very kindly given:










I also found this:


when I questioned why the grammar school cadet patch, he said that he " had then been an officer of the cadets during the 60's and had forgotten completely!! so there must be another case up there with that uniform too!!"

yes indeed, probably not worth much to us collectors, but I will never sell it!!!

p.s. im a little suspicious about the tin lid, and my uncle cant ever remember being issued one....
