Hi yes good eyes, i do have a Kriegsverdienst Medal and this war merit cross, they came this way when i bought them with the iron cross 2 and a bunch of other medals, is the ribbon on the war merit cross actually for the iron cross?

No, the KVK ii mit Schwertern has the correct ribbon as said above. The Eisernes Kreuz ribbon is the same as the one on the copy Ritterkreuz.
