Looks like a firemen's helmet to me rather common the decals look very weird to me

I don't think the tri-colour is correct for a TR period feuerwehr lid full stop.
I maybe incorrect on that though.

Early ones had a slanted tri shield with large swastica on other side there was one posted here or over at Wallahalla not long ago. Those bring pretty good money when you find them. Agree Meyle 77 DIN is post war DN wartime LS I forget who it is it is listed in Bauer's Fire police book made helments after war for BW police and Fire Depts.
