Thanks James , the Samoyed is mine and the black mix is my cousins . They like to get out and play when I dress like a tree and put up camo tents in his back field . I've picked up a load of stuff but been really busy lately myself too Mark , but it's still good to hear from you guys . Here a little taste of some stuff I have to pull out and post . South African Railways Police (SARP) Regional Task Force Jump Wing , as you can tell they used the Uzi extensively and they have sew in mag pouches in the pant , I have a pair .
    Cheers

Hi James, I have never seen those type of trousers before, very unusual with the calf pockets, can you shed any more light on the model of these items, I have a very similar pattern/era jacket as yours...but those trousers are very intriguing indeed, nice display as ever buddy

Hi James, I can only assume they are a Para-commando issued item, I have yet to see any other's like these ,so congrats on picking them up buddy. I have a pair in Jigsaw that are modelled on the US M-65 style, but these are 6 six pocket versions!

swiss alpenflage ,the braced load bearing trousers have waterproof knee sections as does the jacket on the elbow sections ,the later trousers dont have this and seem more like cargo pants in style ,the rain cape is dated 1969 but i believe the elasticated cap would be a more modern issue Post 1945 camsPost 1945 camsPost 1945 camsPost 1945 camsPost 1945 camsPost 1945 camsPost 1945 camsPost 1945 camsPost 1945 camsPost 1945 cams

Thanks for posting James the Alpenflauge is one of my favorite patterns and would adopt well to the terrain here in Canada during the fall months and of course to some of are higher alpine regions as well at the right time of year .

Great Swiss set James , I often wear my Swiss cap and the poncho is great in the woods on a rainy day .
