Hello Dave,
I've been to BOCN today, they are all in festive spirit, I think!
I'm working out which project to get on with tomorrow. Trying to dismantle an, inert, 2" Mortar HE fuze, but so far it's defeated me!
All best,
Guy.

I got a very generous Xmas bonus at work, me and the wife aka "The Warden" are planning a trip to Munich in mid-2010. Planning on taking a tour of the Eagle's Nest, Dachau, and some of the other 3rd Reich-related walking tours around the Alt Stadt. The rest of the time I will be drinking beer in the Hofbrauhaus! It would be cool to pick up an item of interest along the way, mabie Imperial. From what I understand, the sale of 3rd Reich items is strictly forbidden. Can't say I blame them.
Nice stuff guys
I know have a Polish universal bayonet frog coming great deal for an original only $35 while repros are $45 and originals are some where in the 100`s.
oh and a Polish Rogatywka field cap
Oh and Reich dog walker from what I know its not forbidden to sell you just cannot go out side running around with a swastica
Really? Hmm, I need to look into any possible militaria shops in that area then. Would be very cool to come back with an Iron Cross I got in Germany! Thanks 3mk!
If you have relatives there and if they live in a small village ask them if you can look in there/there friends attics.I did that in Poland and found my self a nice Fallschirmjager helmet and bought it for under $5!
Well these are my two new gifts. I got the book picture from the webpage S.A. Daggers Book
