At one time, I had quite an extensive gathering of stickpins, as I've always liked how they look, but that was many a moon ago. Today, I've only kept a few of my favorites. They are, though, extremely rare and not to be seen again anytime soon. These 2 pins are from the Ustasha in Croatia. These are the guys who frightened Himmler himself with their blood-letting. The ring is, of course, not a stickpin, but is, perhaps, the only one like it in existence. It was excavated on the bloody massacre field of Bleiburg where the Ustasha met their final doom. It is Silver and hand engraved and the excavation marks can still be seen on it's face.(I just stuck it in the box to photograph it).Attachment 440341Attachment 440342Attachment 440343Attachment 440344Attachment 440345Attachment 440346

Pictures are bad. Sorry I can't do more about it. These are pictures of his collection before he sold it off 10 some odd years ago. A few of the pieces ended up in books.
