My rather modest mannequin... A reproduction pattern 1907 tunic badged up with genuine WW1-era insignia. The insignia are those as worn by Pte Jack Smallshaw of the 11th (Service) Battalion, the East Lancashire Regiment - the Accrington Pals. The tunic will form part of a small display I will be putting on at Accrington Library on September 1st after being invited up to do a book-signing of: 'An Accrington Pal'. The last picture is of Jack himself. I zoomed in on his marksman badge (awarded in January 1918).
