Article about: My German artillery Oberlautnant (full mannequin) named Hans Wildner (It is a named tunic, hehe ).

    This is one I made on a wet saturday afternnon from some spare wood and the top half of a tailors dummy.

    It displays my officers pioneer parade tunic and cap. I prefer "no head".

    As this thread is a little slow getting off the ground (I know there's a lot more of you out there with mannequins!) I spent all morning playing dress up.
    Nothing exciting I'm afraid, I've had to use my (smaller) half mannequin as the the full mannequin I have is too big for a lot of the trousers and I didn't have time to go hunting through boxes for under garments, webbing, belts and accoutrements. I do have more uniforms but they'll have to wait for another day.

    First up - Canadian battledress blouse and Canadian blackened webbing

    Royal Navy dress - The hat has pretty much had it!! Looks like it has spent much of its life post war scrunched up into a ball
