Very nice collection.
Great collection of Japanese militaria! Any chance you can show close ups of each item, specifically the equipment and the rest of the headgear?
I Like the little pocket Buddha! First one of it's type that I've seen! The Allies in WWI(and somewhat in WWII as well) used to carry tiny religious statues, but I've never seen a Japanese example before! Very interesting, for sure!

"Much that once was, is lost. For none now live who remember it."
Some other pictures as requested. Also shown are winter and summer tunics, with summer tunic marking (I think for 1943 if I remember correctly). The inside of the peaked cap I think is marked 1941. Also shown are map cases, water bottles and mess tin, and cold weather cap.
The star on the cold weather cap is a replacement, as is the stopper for the right hand water bottle.
Thanks Doug,
The tunics look great, I've been thinking the last week or so to start collecting Japanese items, I think this thread has further fueled my desire.
