Some outside Pics of my favorite helmets.
I took the oppertunity of the amazing weather today to take some sunshine shots of my 2 favorite helmets.
The lights inside can’t really show the beautiful shine the paint can have, they almost look like different helmets if I compare them to how they look inside.
M40 Luftwaffe, produced by ET, size 60.
M35 DD Heer with National shield probably scraped of in the Field (although the soldier left some remains), produced by EF, size 64.

You’re lucky to have that 60! I haven’t seen too many for sale recently.

The light outside wasnt great for inside pictures, there was always a big shadow because of the way the sun was shining, so i didnt post them extra, i have posted both helmets before with inside shots in a different light, here the posts:
