I am new to the forum & I have enjoyed the experience! In turn I would like to share a bit of my hobby with other like minded collectors. For me the collection is a result of a casual interest over the last 15 years which has got quite a lot more active over the last five years (my discovery of online auctions). My main collection theme is WW2 aviation, with a preference for mechanical parts, instruments, radios, sights and navigation. Although the bounds extended into land based field equipment and naval equipment as opportunity presents.
Would be happy to attempt to answer question, although I suspect you will probably know much more than I. Also I am at the stage of considering cataloguing my collection - keen to know has anyone used digital tolls to do this (ie web, cd rom etc)
Anyway let me know what you think

HI Nuno, nice radio. Especially to be in original condition and not HAM modified. The disadvantage of being down under is that it cost an arm and tow legs to ship anything, such great WW2 radio options in the States and Europe. I will do another post soon focussing on my radio, cameras gunsights etc one theme at a time.
Ade - thanks for the info on catalogues, paper does sound easiest! Did find photobucket good as well - might also catalogue my pics there!
Impressive collection! I'm looking for the bakelite knobs for a Mk IX bomsight (of which you have an example) . If you have any spares I have other things to swap! Best, Allan aghunter@rcn.com
