I don't like digital deep detectors as TM 808, too hard to recognize a small piece from big.

I prefer Fisher detectors myself, they also make some great underwater ones too.
its got to be a fisher 1266x for me, love this robust simple machine, it found this lugar

What's your opinion of the Garrett Ace 250 ? I can get one very cheap but is it any good for Battlefield relic hunting ??

Paul, If you want- better spend the money for other detector and preferably a new one. If you just want to try how that works, you can buy it if it's a cheap.
