How does this flag look? Original? No markings I can see..

I checked the flag out with a black light and the only issue is the thread that holds the white cloth that covers the rope to the flag body.. It glows?? I have included a photo with arrow to show the thread, and also highlighted it with a white arrow on the other photo..

The glowing thread isn't a good sign. The proportions of the Iron Cross in the top left panel are also slightly off. The white border should be much thinner, and the space between the arms of the cross much wider. See the original below.

I would say so, yes. If I had to guess, I'd say it was one of the 'Delta' reproductions from the 1970's. Better than most, and alright as a backdrop for a display, but not an original flag.

I would concur. its possible its original, but VERY suspect. If ya didn't pay original price its a nice flag nontheless
