Hello everyone, just showing off this Soviet banner I found, looking at the Soviet crest it would seem to be from around 1940-1946 and belonged to the Taganrog Metallurgical Technical School. As I am new to the banner collecting business, I would like to know more about Soviet banners and more specifically the organisation in terms of production of these banners made specially for official establishments.
