It was dug out buy my friend when I was standing 5 meters from him. And then he presented it to me.

The 'mistake' still doesn't make any sense to me though- the unit was a Bataillon, not an Abteilung and that's not an understandable mixup, nor is it likely there was a change (Abteilung is a very different and specifically-used unit type that doesn't go with Infanterie units). It's very strange...
