I haven't seen a lot of OT discs, but I doubt anyone's bothering to fake them since there were clearly many hundreds of thousands issued, so they're not rare nor particularly sought-after; the other is Kraftfahr-Ersatz-Abteilung 9 and you can find out about that on the Lexikon der Wehrmacht site or simply by doing a search for that title- it's just a motor transport replacement unit and I have no doubt that it's real.
