    I'm very happy to add this scarce example to my -growing- Gebirgjaeger-Grouping...The unit was comprised of experienced High-Alpine Mountain Personnel and Instructors...This particular tag and the Heeresbergfuehrer-Badge I scored a few weeks ago are from the same House Clean-Out in Germany - and I'm hoping my friend comes across some more, lol...

    Wow! Incredibly rare Gebirgs items. These are unbelievably desirable pieces on their own, but to have belonged to one individual as part of a grouping is practically unheard of. The Erkennungsmarken is great, but the Heeresgeburgfuehrer abzeichen is awesome, and with the case too! Well done!
