Does anybody know which unit it is. Can't find it in my documentations.

Yes, this is one of those very odd markings that used to mislead me, but apparently it's very simple- it's Infanterie-Ersatz-Bataillon 28; it was the formal Ersatz formation for Infanterie-Regiment 28, and that's what the disc indicates: the 4. MG Kompanie (of the) Ersatz (unit of) Infanterie-Regiment 28 (which was IEB 28).
