I don't see anything obviously wrong with it- I can't confirm the unit is correct, however; the lists I have show that the SS-Pionier-Ersatz-Bataillon was split into SS-Pionier-Ausbildungs-und Ersatz-Bataiilon 1, 2, 3, and 4; but there's no mention of it actually ever being SS-Pionier-Ausbildungs-und Ersatz-Bataillon. It's not unreasonable to believe it could have had Ausbildungs added though- many units did. The corrosion all looks real, and since some of the crystalline deposits intrude into letters and numbers, it would appear this isn't an original disc that was stamped later.
