    It's a KM-style disc, but not a typical one of course, and '4760' isn't a known LW MOB code- and it wouldn't make sense for them to use a KM disc anyway. Only some modern sports players think it's reasonable to choose the number '0' for their jerseys, so that must be the letter 'O', which was one of the two major subdivisions of the KM: 'O' for 'Ostsee', 'N' for 'Nordsee'- that fits with the disc type. Since the '4760' isn't likely a unit code, and there's no other number, it must be the serial number. I'd think this was probably just a civilain worker or some such thing- it's certainly not a KM soldier's disc.
