That stamping is not normal or correct. There should be no letters with the roll number "134 LH" does not make sense. "2. OST Kp. 7 J. DIV." is not a unit that I could identify. There were no "OST" units in the 7th infantry division and there is no 7th Jager division. So I am stumped on this one.

The LH stands for Landes eigener Helfer. This same tag was posted on WAF.
