Bottom one looks like it is correctly stamped for the SS-Flak-Abteilung 14 of the SS-Freiwilligen-Division "Galizien". Not sure about the westland I do not know if they had a regimental roll system. Both look very problematic from the font perspective as they match some of the fake font disks posted at the top of the forum.

Hi, I personally think the West Country for a copy. I know these brands only beaten with sigrunen .

The Galician marks also appear often . I do not like them .
