Flak Ersatz Abteilung 51 erkennungsmarke

I am trying to help a fellow collector with information relating to this ID tag.
It was found as seen, only one half.

4129 Lit.
Flak Ers. Abt. 51

Any information would be appreciated, especially to the 4129 Lit. part.

I believe Lit. is Litauisch. The abbreviation for Lettisch would normally be Lett.

So would this be worn by a 'Litauische Freiwillige'? Because as far as I could find the Flak Ersatz Abteilung 51 is a regular Wehrmacht unit.

I was thinking the Lit. was an abbreviation for Lithuania (Litauen) in German. I have little knowledge with the id discs, so with the number 4129 Lit. I have no idea what it denotes. The Regiment is self explanatory.

Mia culpa, Rik is right I meant Lithuania, not Latvia. Still a good ekm, sorry for the confusion.

The number 4129 is the soldiers rollnumber. This number was also written down in his Soldbuch. No matter what unit he served in, he kept the number and emarke.
