I would like to know if this dog tag is real or not.

I am nowhere near an expert on Erkennungsmarken, but this looks like a good one to me, the Luftwaffe Kommandantur at Oels existed, and was in Western Poland.

It looks like an Original example to me. I would say it is good. the 2 sided stamp is strictly against regulation but you see it sometimes.

I don't think Fliegerhorst tags are sexy enough to fake!....

The fact it has 2 stamp sets one on each side is the real clincher for me, fakers just are not going to do that.
