HELP identify ID Disc

I recently came accross this ID disc. I wanted to see if some one can help decypher the information on the disc it self.



I got this from the grandson of a Polish War Veteran

Erste Ausbildung Kompanie Gebirgsjäger Ersatz und (A?) Batallion 100.....

Try this:
Gebirgs-Jger-Regiment 100 - Lexikon der Wehrmacht

Or this:
Gebirgsjger-Ersatz-Bataillon 100 - Lexikon der Wehrmacht

Yup, that's right- the 'E.u.A' is 'Ersatz- und Ausbildungs', a typical 'phrase' on later-war discs. And the second unit reference is the most correct- it is Geb. Jäg. Ers. Btl. 100
