You'd have to find the German records of prisoners- and I don't know where you'd go for that; the WASt has the German records, but whether or not they have prisoner records I couldn't say- maybe the Bundesarchiv has something, but that'd be something I suspect you'd have to do in person and even then who knows if the records even exist...
