I would say SS VET has a proper configured runes and digits for Norge and Danmark dogtags in that case the dogtag must have other font. (23 SS Pz.Gren. Rgt Danmark, and 24 SS Pz Gren Rgt. Norge )
About the TK dogtag, please give us a close up picture

So you believe the Vet is either from Norge or Danmark?

Yes, unfortunately both are fakes
The first has a digits made with soviet type stamps, and very well known fake font

No, I know that some EM's with that kind of font was made for reenactment group in Russia in the mid of 90's, and then sold for someone who made some fantasy tags with that font.
Ah, forgot, another one dogtags with that kind of font is SS- F.A. Btl. Nordland ( not sure about spelling)
