That's an odd little thing; I've only ever seen Waffenamt stamps associated with actual parts of weapons, not with what appear to be labels of a sort. That 'label' is weird too in that it seems to be of the type that'd be rivetted on and yet has pierced numerals (requiring what's behind it to provide the contrast for legibility). I've not seen the like before and my first reaction, because of the seeming contradiction of having a Waffenamt stamp on it, is that it's a fake fanatasy piece- but perhaps someone else has seen something like this before...
