Are they a typical dog tags for an infantry division? I mean a Div. have more than 10.000 - 20.000 Soldiers.

Not typical, but not unusual to find Div marked ekm. They are all in alu which is correct for the founding of the unit in Berlin in 1939, and the type face looks similar on all three. But this unit fought across Europe and was destroyed in Stalingrad and reformed for Italy and then the East again, it was everywhere - but I cannot recall seeing any similar ekm to this Division like this.
Nowadays it is useful to not only know where these are found, but who is selling them. There are many copies now.
The use of the unit as the 76. J.D. is not correct in this case. All of the sub-units of this division would have their own stammroll and payroll records, so there is no division level roll. Other divisions Hohenstaufen and Dirlewanger for example had division level stammrollen.
